Return Policy:

At Kiki's Icecream Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item(s) for any reason, you may return them within 15 days of the delivery date for a store credit of product minus a 15% restocking fee. 

Please note the following guidelines for returns:

1. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

2. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@kiki'sicecream.com to obtain a return authorization.

3. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email to send the item(s) back to us.

4. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a provide store credit.

5. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
